8/3/2025 Fladbury “Last Chance” Match.
Roger, Dave, Andy & Keith visited in the week and cleared some of the worst pegs so that this match could go ahead. The “Last Chance” match has been on the venue list for the last seven seasons and never gone ahead due to conditions so well done guys.
We had eight out including 2 new members Mick Lacy & Mark Imrie. We used pegs 2, 4, 7, 11, 13, 17, 22 & 26. The day of the match temperatures were expected to rise with a bit of sunshine.
Match Report
As expected bites were hard to come by and again it was peg 2 that produced with a superb 5-5-0 lb Chub to win the match. Roger was second with 2-5-0 consisting of 3 Chub from peg 13. Andy H. was third in peg 26. A beautiful Spring day but the last Saturday of the Season.

Followed by the second “Winter Pools” match on 22/2/2025 at LPF on Highland Pool.
