14/2/2026 The First “Aggregate Match” Report.

With the Severn in the fields we transferred the First Aggregate match from BAA Blackstone to the Railway Inn stretch of the Droitwich Canal parking at the Leisure Centre. Twelve turned out & we pegs 6 either side of the Bridge.

Match Summary;-  

After heavy rain we all found our cars iced up but we all made it on time. Very cold at the start but the sun came out later.

We had two sections & cash left over from the peg fees (thanks Mark) which boosted the Pools cash & we had a first & second prize each section. Interestingly, pegs 1 & 2 & pegs 11 & 12 framed, many struggled for bites.

Thanks to the Railway Club for accepting the match at short notice, thanks to Dave & Gary for pegging out & Dave for weighing in. A really good winter match to kick off the 2026 season.
